If you own a Jeep, you already know how shoddy looking windows can throw off the whole appearance of your Jeep. Nothing looks tackier than a clean Jeep with scratched up or the appearance of fogged over windows.
The easiest way to clean your Jeep plastic windows is to use mild dishwashing liquid and warm water and a soft clean terry cloth. Rinse them well and dry with a soft clean terry cloth. Apply a protectant to extend the life of your plastic/vinyl windows.
Do not ever use bleach or common household cleaning products when cleaning your windows. Many of them have chemicals in them such as alcohol, ammonia, and bleach that will strip off natural properties leaving your windows to dull and tint. Do not dry your windows with paper towels. As convenient as they may be and as multi-purpose as they claim, they can scratch your windows. Make sure excessive dirt is off your windows first by spraying them down good. Even the slightest grains of dirt can cause scratching. Avoid using a circular motion when cleaning and drying windows as well. Go either right to left or opposite. A swirling pattern goes against the natural grain of the Jeep windows and can create scratches.
