WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH MY INSTALLATION SERVICE?

You'll receive a quality installation service from a certified professional craftsman.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

When you purchase a product with installation through the Buy It Installed® Button, we immediately notify our network of certified craftsmen. A local craftsman will be matched to your service order. Once your product ships, your craftsman will call you within 24 hours to schedule the appointment. Craftsmen generally perform installation services between 8 am and 6 pm throughout the week.

WHO IS MY CRAFTSMAN?

We refer to the contractors who provide your installation service as “craftsmen.” Each craftsman has insurance, has been prescreened, and has completed a certification process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

A certified craftsman will contact you to schedule your installation once your product ships. Appointments can be scheduled for as soon as the product arrives. Once your craftsman arrives at your home or office, the installation appointment usually takes one to two hours, depending on the product.

WHAT IF MY INSTALLATION REQUIRES EXTRA PARTS OR SERVICES?

Occasionally, additional parts or service work are required for installation. This occurs in an estimated 10 percent or fewer of service appointments. If this happens during the service, your craftsman will let you know that additional work is required. You will also be notified and informed of the cost of the additional work, if any. You can then decide if you want to proceed with any additional service.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY INSTALLATION?

You can easily reschedule or cancel your installation for free, up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
