Description
High-Performance Torque Converter. The Hays Twister Full Race Torque Converter is built for serious horsepower and acceleration gains. With support for up to 1,000 horsepower, this converter is ideal for extreme racing applications. It offers a 3200-3600 RPM stall range, ensuring maximum power transfer for high-performance vehicles.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed with an internally welded design, the Hays Twister Full Race Torque Converter ensures maximum durability. It features a custom anti-balloon plate to prevent torque converter ballooning under extreme loads. Heavy-duty Torrington bearings provide smooth operation, while its lightweight design reduces stress on the drivetrain compared to a multi-bolt pattern converter.
Installation. Professional installation is recommended due to the technical nature of torque converter installation. It requires 7/16"-20 flexplate bolts, which are not included.
Application. This Hays Twister Full Race Torque Converter fits 1984-1986 Jeep Cherokee XJ with A904 transmission models.
