This product is as rugged as you expect being a Rhino product! Easy install and fits perfect! Forget the plastic boards or hollow tubes..if your gonna spend the money do yourself a favor get get yourself a set of these bad boys.....believe...you"ll be glad you did.....period!

Great board but too many parts

I loved the way the looked but it was a little challenging to align the board so that it matched on both sides. The instructions were very generic so make sure you YouTube it first. Also it came with extra bolts and brackets so I wasn’t sure if I had match installing son or if they were extra part. There were no instructions that said anything. The instructions did say to retighten everything 6 months. I’m thinking that’s why it came with extra parts because parts might be falling off periodically? Plus if I’m paying $500 for running boards why should I have to retighten 48 bolts twice a year?

This running board is perfect fit for all I wanted. I like the combination of width, traction and drainage for the northern climate where I live. I had our local tire center install them for me, which took less than an hour.

Love how the look on my truck. The wheel to wheel is exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent product, tricky to install

This is a great product. Heavy-duty, looks great, and love how wide it is. Expensive, but well worth it. My only complaint is that while they're relatively easy to install, getting them lined up properly is a pain. The way the boards attach to the brackets is using channel brackets that slide into the running boards. Great conceptually and probably great if there are minor differences between vehicles, but REALLY hard to get the boards on straight. The brackets allow the boards to slide forward/backward and in/out. Getting one straight on one side is NOT easy. Once you do, now you want to make sure it looks the same on the other side. This is even harder, since you need to make sure it's the same distance forward/backward and in/out. They need to provide some mechanism or system to make this process easier. Installing everything is easy and fast (probably < 1 hour) but getting them aligned properly took another hour of fiddling.
