It looks great. really adds some detail to a plain hood. I did not put it in myself though, I didn't want to make a mistake a mess it up, It looks like a new car, I also added the Gladiator words on the sides of the hood

My Gladiator is really awesome ! Being a Gladiator I named it Spartacus because of the Gladiator era. The Star is a large Black Star and it took maybe a little over 30 minutes to install it.

It works
I was skeptical that the decal would go on correctly as the box came sort of smashed and there were multiple creases and crumples in the vinyl. I used a hair dryer to warm it up and followed the directions and it ended up coming out looking good. I highly recommend opening up the hood and removing the hood insulation, and the sprayer housings on the hood, apply the vinyl, then reset the sprayers and insulation. That way there are no visible cuts around the hood sprayers.

Outstanding Hood Decal
I was looking for something to reduce the glare of the sun and enhance the appearance of my Sting Gray Gladiator. I drive in an easterly direction on my way to work and the glare off the hood was sometimes a problem. This decal solved that problem. The online videos made the installation easier than I expected and it was a practical, economic and esthetic enhancement. It was easily done in less than an afternoon.
