Check out the G2 Dana 44 Front Ring Gear and Pinion Kit with a gear ratio of 4.11. It will give you enough power for weekend off-roading but you’ll still be able to drive to work on the weekdays without sacrificing too much fuel mileage.

      Exceeds OEM Performance and Quality. The G2 Dana 44 Front Ring Gear and Pinion Kit is forged from 8620 triple alloy steel with tougher core strength compared to ordinary steel alloys. The ring and pinion gears are grinded and refined to fit OEM specifications to prevent fit issues. Using state of the art technology, each gear is meticulously machined to allow for the correct clearances and backlash needed for optimal performance. In addition, mating surfaces are lapped to minimize the friction, which causes premature wear and noise.

      Speedometer Reprogramming Needed. Remember that changing your gear ration would throw off your speedometer readings. Don’t forget to reprogram your truck’s computer after installation to get the new accurate readings.

      Professional Installation Recommended. Installing your new G2 Dana 44 Front Ring Gear and Pinion Kit is not a job for amateur enthusiasts. You will need specialized tools and equipment for the disassembly and installation. That’s why it’s recommended that you leave the installation to your trusted mechanic to prevent void warranties and damages.

      10-Year Warranty Policy. G2 Axle and Gear warrants their G2 Dana 44 Front Ring Gear and Pinion Kit to be free from material and factory defects for 10 years. The warranty does not cover incidental damages such as mishandling, shipping, and installation errors. Please visit the G2 website to learn more.

      Technical Note. Jeep Wrangler 4-Wheel Drive models require identical or close to identical gear ratios on the front and rear axles. Using 4WD on differing gear ratios would result in failures in your truck’s components such as axle shafts, drive shafts, transmission, etc.
