The 4340 chromoly material used to construct the components have a high level of strength and ductility, and they are heat-treated to further withstand heavy loads without bending or breaking. Plus, the kit has a black oxide finish to ensure that it does not corrode. Ultimately, the kit is made to improve your Jeep Wrangler’s off-road ability without compromising OEM specifications.

      Covered by 90-Day Limited Warranty. For a period of 90 days after the date of purchase, G2 Axle & Gear covers this assembly to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, excluding normal wear and tear of bearings and seals.

      Expert-Level Installation. This assembly requires an expert level of mechanical skill to install on your Wrangler. Expect to complete the job within four hours.

      Application. The G2 27 Spline Dana 30 Front Axle Kit fits all 1987–2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models. It is sold as a kit.
