Made from a single piece of 16 gauge cold rolled steel plate, these fenders have no visible seams or oddly shaped panels that disrupt the flow of the fender. The exclusive rolled outer edge not only adds to the style, but also provides added strength. The Fly Offroad Jeep Wrangler JK Front Fender Flares are made in the USA and come with a variety of features, including a 3/16” thick steel plate backing plate, 8” width at the widest point tapering down to 3.75” at the rear, and six triangular gussets fully welded on the underside of the outer fender for increased strength and durability.
