Almost Perfect
The latches going into the factory screws should have been 1/4"-1/2" longer. It barely reaches the tailgate for sealing. Not sure it will be watertight.

Not a bad cover, but...
Nice tri-fold cover that looks great, fits well and largely keeps water out of the bed. Easy to operate and locks into place allowing you to secure valuables in the truck bed. The only concern I have (why it's 4-star) is that folding the cover has created permanent dents in the top of the cover just behind the rear window where the locking hardware rests on it. For the price, a bit of a disappointment that wasn't expected. Not a huge deal, but those indentions catch the eye and over time, they may wear through the cover material if you fold your top up often. Takes about an hour to install and is much easier with two people.

Keep your bed dry and wallet loaded
Nice durable cover that is a lot cheaper than Toyota's product. My family has bought multiple products from this company and been satisfied every time. Instructions may be a bit confusing but still an easy install.
