Description
Description. When EVO MFG was asked to face a challenge of designing a suspension that meets the criteria of driving a vehicle heavily on and off road for upwards of 300 miles a day, every day, from high speed pursuits on and off road to slow rock crawling in some of the most remote areas of our country, four factors were taken into upmost consideration. Fatigue to occupants, Reliability, Functionality, Affordability. For the challenge we deemed the EVO MFG ENFORCER Suspension package.
We Smoothed and Balanced the Overall Ride Quality with EVO MFG Plush Coils Front Adjustable Lower Control Arms to correct caster angle with EVO MFG onVehicle Adjusters / Stage 2 includes in addition Rear Adjustable Upper Control Arms to adjust pinion angle/ Stage3 includes all 8 Adjustable Control arms for full suspension tuning.

All necessary hardware included
All stages include the EVO MFG Draglink Flip Kit, When lifting your JK 3” or greater, it is highly recommended to correct some of the steering geometry that has been altered with the lift. The EVO MFG JK Draglink Flip Kit does just that and more. Raises trackbar mounting location 3” at the axle to help correct roll center and steering angles of a lifted JK. Roll center is greatly improved giving better handling of the vehicle on and off road Complete bolt-on design that gives greater strength to already prone to failure factory front trackbar bracket
Comes complete with new forged draglink
All bracketry made from 3/16” thick laser cut and CNC bent sheet metal
All bracketry is finished in a corrosion resistant Black Powdercoat
Integrated new steering stabilizer location built in to get it up and out of harm’s way above the tie rod.
Drilling of the passenger side steering knuckle with 13/16” drill bit is required to complete the install.

Good kit but...
This was a well made kit but I have some suggestions if you look to get it and Install it yourself... There are no front sway bar links included for what reason that I can understand I had to go back and order an extended set before I could complete the lift and... Some of the hardware included is kinda cheap and I would recommend getting to kit and taking the hardware out and buying some good grade 8 bolts and nuts yourself b4 trying to put this lift on .. Other than that it seems to be good so far but haven't been able to test fully because of waiting for my links to show up.

LOVE THE QUALITY OF THE LIFT , ONLY THING WAS EVO SHOULD REALLY MAKE SURE ALL PARTS OF INCLUDED IN INSTALL KIT !! KIT CAME WITH NO BRAKE LINES SO I HAD TO WAIT AND PAY FOR THE BRAKE LINES THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE INCLUED AND THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR !!!!!!

EVO MFG 2.5” HD Overland lift Stage 4
Heavy duty! The quality is definitely there. I got the stage four, so mine came with the front and rear adjustable track bars. For this lift, I would suggest getting at least the front adjustable control arms if you plan to off road it. I would suggest that just to assist with pinion angle of the front driveshaft, since this lift actually netted me about 3.25” of true lift. The install was not bad, there are plenty of videos how to do a lift and EVO has complete instructions on the website, though it took two days when I was sick. Easily done in a day with two people. With the added height I got, I was glad it came with the extended, braided brake lines and shims for the carrier bearing brace of the rear drive shaft. After 400 miles I am loving the ride with the Bilstein 5100 shocks and this lift. I have to believe the Overland/Geometry correcting brackets have something to do with how well it drives as well. No wandering and very stable on the highway.

4.5” evo stage 4 overland lift
Absolutely in love with this kit. I received several boxes in the mail with all the proper parts. It took roughly 2.5weeks to receive all parts with zero damage and all proper parts. I’m beyond happy with this performance once installed and live the stance. Will probably order a front 1” level to bring the nose up a bit more. But a really good lift otherwise

My stock stabilizer was shot out 28k miles. Steeeing wheel would wobble back n forth. Not anymore, Rides like the day I pulled truck off the lot. Love it. Install was a breeze.

When ur module for ESBD is OUT
This is an excellent solution when the Electrocic sway bar disconnect (on a JK Rubi) isnt working due to the module- full of liquid and gunk-. It will happen its just a matter of when. Instead of dropping 3k- you can purchase the evo and use this evo to manually disconnect and connect the sway bar. Out to drive, in to off road..... Highly recommend.
