Description
Rugged Styling. A DV8 Offroad Mid Width Modular Winch Front Bumper is a great way to add rugged off-road styling to your 2021-2025 Ford Bronco. Designed with the intrepid off-roader in mind, this Bumper features a bull bar, two high strength D-Ring mounts and a built-in winch plate that is capable of supporting a 12,000 pound winch. Loaded with these great features, this DV8 Offroad Mid Width Modular Winch Front Bumper is ideal for both street and off road use.
Integrated Light Mounts. DV8 Offroad had the foresight to design their Front Bumper with mounts that can accommodate a 20-inch dual row light bar or 6 pod lights. The light mount tabs on the bull bar can be oriented to mount a 13-inch light bar above or below the bull bar. With auxiliary lights installed you will be sure to have plenty of light for your next night-time trail run. Lights not included - sold separately.
High Quality Construction. Fabricated from heavy duty steel plate for strength, this DV8 Offroad Front Bumper is cold formed into shape. After trimming and final finishing, DV8 then completes their Bumper in a two-stage micro texture black powder coat finish for durability and long lasting corrosion resistance.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. DV8 Offroad engineered their Modular Front Bumper to be a direct bolt-on replacement for the original stock bumper reusing the factory mounting points. There is no cutting or modifications required for a clean straight forward installation. Installation can be completed in about 2 hours with just basic hand tools and the help of a friend.
Adaptive Cruise Control. If equipped the Adaptive Cruise Control sensor module must be relocated using a DV8 ACC Relocation Bracket, not included - sold separately.

Needs better instructions
I really like the looks of the bumper, and assembly was ok. The problem I had was there are no instructions included with the bumper. I had to go to the website to get instructions. Then I discovered those instructions were VERY minimal. There was no direction at all as to which hardware to use so I ended up having to dig into my hardware stash to finish the install. I would have also liked to see a cover included for the fairlead hole since I’m not yet installing a winch. Overall, I am very happy with the end results. It really cleans up the front end.

DV8 Off Road Bumper
Bumper came packaged very well with no damage. Upon unpacking we found that there were NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to install or assemble. Also, about 1/2 the screws and bolts were missing! After we purchased the missing screws and bolts that were made of Stainless Steel to avoid rusting issues, we had to spend an additional $85! Once we had all the parts to assemble, we figured it out and got it installed with a new winch in about 5 hours. Be cautious with what winch you install, some may require raising on the winch plate to clear the bumper with the winch handle or some minor modifications to the bumper to get it to fit.

Purchased this bumper back in July, but just got it installed. It was a difficult install. The fit and finish on this bumper are really not good. Especially when you consider it's over $700. It's just mediocre. Wish I had gone with a different product.

Looks good, but the install was a challange
Kit arrived well packed, a few minor scuffs. Nothing a little touch up couldn't fix. I read numerous reviews that said the instructions were terrible (worthless), and that all the required fasteners were not included. Those reviews were spot on. The instructions are absolutely worthless. I had about the half the fasteners and stainless metric aren't the easiest to find. Count on spending more than $75 on those. Since this was going on a Mojave, I decided to reuse the original front tow hooks and I also wanted to keep the factory skid plate to protect the Fox shock reservoirs. It required cutting some of the bottom part of the bumper as well as the bottom of the two bumper support details. Use the skid plate itself as a template of where to cut. You will also need to debur all the areas cut and paint them to prevent rust. It may be difficult for someone without good mechanical skills. Had I had all the proper fasteners this could all been done in a day including the painting. But finding the correct fasteners took a couple of days, because they weren't available locally and had to be ordered. Overall I am very happy with the finished product. I'm dinging them on a couple of ratings: specifically the fit and quality. The FIT needed quite a bit of tweaking, now keep in mind this wasn't originally designed for the Mojave. The Quality goes back to the very poor documentation/ instructions and all the missing fasteners.

Exactly What I Wanted!
I bought the DV8 bumper because I like the look of the stock bumper with the red hooks, and I didn't want to spend the money on the Mopar bumper and the other pieces I would have had to buy with it. I read the other reviews and wasn't expecting good directions, but was a little surprised at how easy it was to install! Removing the stock bumper took longer than installing the new one! It took an afternoon, because I mostly did it myself. The directions were a little vague on how to install the red hooks so I posted some pictures. The only problem I ran into was the stock Rubicon skid plate doesn't quite fit with the new bumper. The bumper is just too long on the bottom for the skid plate. I can fasten the plate with the two back bolts, but I will have to have it cut back a little to be able to get the two front bolts in. Still, I'm very happy!! Solid construction!

Well first thing I noticed was no instructions, and did not come with all the bolts. But a trip to local hardware store fixed bolt issue, other than that we figured it out .install was not to bad after some curse words and a drink..I installed winch with it .and it looks great! Nice sturdy bumper..

Great alternative to OEM
Needed a bumper that would allow for winch mount. I like the look of the OEM metal bumper (Rubicon), but it's very pricy (plus extra for winch plate and bull bar). This DV8 model has a very similar look and includes the extras for no extra cost. Overall, pretty happy. However, instructions are *not good*. I knew what this should look like, and they were still difficult to follow. Parts, and especially the hardware, are not labeled. Hardware to attach pieces is not specified, so you kind of have to figure out what goes where. The description of how to keep the factory tow hooks and put it all together was confusing, at best. In the end, I'm pretty sure we were missing some hardware, too. (don't throw away the hardware you gained by disassembling your old factory plastic bumper. needed some of it to be able to install the factory fog lights into this bumper). Very happy with the look in the end, and seems to be a decent product. The fit/finish isn't great (things don't line up equally left to right), but it's a good value for the money if you are mechanically inclined and patient to navigate the install.

XL Power Step Review 2020 JLU
XL Power Step is worth the extra Cash on your Jeep. They get up out of the way and Make getting into the Jeep very easy for my 5" 4 inch tall wife. They are perfect for standard offroading and daily driver. I don't recommend if you plan on rock crawling and getting into super extreme offroading.
