Adding a serious off-road style with a hardcore finish that is right at home both on the trails and back roads as well as the highway, this sun screen ensures your Jeep achieves unbeatable style and function.
Ideal Build. In order to effectively protect against the sun on the hottest summer days, this screen is constructed with a 1-piece nylon design to ensure unwavering protection wherever you go. With a PVC coat, the screen is as hardcore as possible and even features a fully stitched build for added strength in the most challenging conditions. In fact, the screen comes with reinforced edges and straps that are used to ensure the screen remains functional both now and down the road so you don't have to worry about it wearing down prematurely.
Installation. No special tools or mechanical skills are needed when installing this screen. The screen can be installed with a hard or soft top in just 30 minutes, but hard top users will have to remove the screen before re-installing the hard top.

Works great but
If you are taller this may not be for you. Fits great and easy install but the top of my head does touch it. I’m 6 foot tall. Top of my bed barely hits the sun cover. I might be able to adjust it so it won’t but if you are taller than me it might be a really issue.

Perfect Sunshade
I had been looking for the right sunshade for my 2022 Wrangler. This one is perfect!! It was very easy to install. Although I could install it on my own, it was easier to have someone help and it was installed quicker. Amazing how something so simple makes the difference. No wind issues, yet still has same 'wind-in-your-hair' feeling with the Freedom Panels removed. I did take mine off when done, but I can also easily keep it on and put the panels back on. It is just a matter of looks. Definitely recommend!!!

Not as easy as they say!
The install is much more invasive than they tell you. The YouTube video from DirtyDog.com has this guy just putting straps and hooks where they need to go. The one MAJOR thing they left out was that you must remove all of the Torq screws holding your top in place so you can lift the top up a bit to install the rear straps. I used a spray paint can to lift that top up. Once I did that, the install was pretty simple. The video shows that the DirtyDog tag is supposed to be on the inside. Must have been an older video. If you install with the tag facing the inside, your straps will not connect properly. So, take top screws out (8) so you can prop it up and DD tag facing outside of the vehicle for correct install.

Enjoy having the sun screen, but its total install and fitment is a little quirky, and a pain to get the straps feed through the roll bar and tight.

Fits and works well.
Works as advertised. Not as dark as I was hoping but definitely gives some good shade. The instructions don't have the greatest pictures. It's much easier to do if you take the back half of your top off. Really quick install once I removed the back.

Now here is an option that every Sun seeker should have onboard for a fun filled VA-CA!!! All is well for the Fun in the Sun when you bring the Shade with you!!! For the front, and the back if you need it’s always there and allows you more time in the sun! Everyone needs that right?!?!?

Buckle design
Fit well..Woukd be better if the buckle was defined with a way to secure the extra strap after you pull it through.. Would be a much cleaner look..

Dirty Dog Rear Seat Sunshade
Overall product is fantastic! Installation is a little harder with the soft top but still an easy install, you just have to route your straps differently. Noise is a little louder then my alien shade I have for the front but this may only be because of the way it straps and because I have a soft top.

Perfect for the Florida Sun
This is exactly what I needed to block the direct Florida sun enough so that I can take my top off more!! I have not used the back panel yet as I usually just pop off the two front pieces. The color was perfect and it was easy to install and tie on, also easy to remove.

Total Game Changer
Soooo it’s been hot, Hot, HOT, here in New Hampshire this summer. In our last Jeep, a ‘14 JKU Dragon Edition, we barely put the top down on these days. I just picked up a Dirty Dog 4x4, two piece bikini top sun shade, from Extreme Terrain...WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I highly recommend this product. It claims to block out 70% of the sun’s rays, but still give you that “open air” concept, that we’ve all grown to enjoy. I’d say it keeps the interior, 10-15 degrees F cooler. It’s truly amazing.

Easy install, looks and works great!
These screens provide just the right amount of shade while still allowing you to see through them. Also reduces the amount of air turbulence you normally get with the roof off. Installation was easy and you can keep them up when you have to put the roof back on.
