The stock tailgate check on the Wrangler is notoriously flimsy, so you may want to upgrade before your tailgate dings your body work, or you spill all your beer, Buffalo wings, and potato salad all over the ground.

      Built to Last. The Tailgate Check is suitable for both 2-door and 4-door body styles of Wrangler JK. Constructed from high quality plastic and steel, this product is designed, engineered, and produced to stand up to whatever you and the rugged trail conspire to throw at it.

      Installation. This Tailgate Check is a direct factory replacement and uses existing hardware.

      Warranty.This Tailgate Check comes with a 12-month/12,000 mile warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty applies to original retail purchaser.
