Exhaust Insulator for JK wrangler installation.
Easy to install, would suggest purchasing insulator removal pliers to remove old insulators.They can be difficult to remove using regular pliers. On new insulators add a little silicone grease and they slide right on.

Cat-Back Exhaust
I bought this to replace my full exhaust on my 95 YJ. Everything seemed to be there. I had to do some cutting of pipes to fit length. I attempted to use the supplied clamps, but there was only one joint that I could use it on, that was the first length to catalytic converter. The joint was so loose I might welded It together. I had to shorten the pipes attached to the catalytic converter by about 6”. Ended up mig welding all joints. Kit is worth the money and it took me about 5 hours to rip out old and install new.

We decided to purchase new exhaust insulators to complete our cat back Borla install. This was a no brainier, making the install so much easier with the new insulators.

Q: My 99 Jeep Wrangler I6 4.0L has the pipe from the catalytic converter welded to the muffler. Are both ends of the muffler compression clamped around the pipe versus flange mounted?
A: These are not flange mounted and would be clamped.
