You’ll benefit from a high-caliber transfer case that was designed to effectively improve the acceleration and traction in your Jeep. When you have superior traction ability in your Jeep, you’ll enjoy a better driving experience when off-roading and in inclement snowy or wet weather conditions. 

      Made to Last. Manufacturer uses only the highest quality material to manufacture this transfer case. The unpainted metal has no finish and can be painted. With moderate mechanical expertise, you can complete this installation with general hand tools.   

      Specifications. The weight of this transfer case is 13 pounds. It is 18 inches long. The width is 10 inches and the height is 7.5 inches. 

      Basic Installation. This transfer case was designed to have a simplified installation process. The existing OEM hardware in your Jeep is used for mounting. The installation can be completed in approximately 4-6 hours. 

      Application. This NP-231 Transfer Case Half-Front is designed to fit all 1987-1989 Jeep Wrangler YJ models.
