It is very strong and can be used at peak load or under extreme stress with no reduction in quality. If you are looking to swap out your current chain because of wear and tear, then this high-tensile steel alternative will be perfect to make sure your Jeep runs smoothly once again.

      High-tensile Strength. This Chain is made specifically for the NP 231 Transfer Case, and is constructed from high-tensile strength steel. This steel ensures that it is hard-wearing and durable, and will therefore last you for many miles of trouble-free driving. It is 2 inches high, includes 31 links and weighs in at 3.90 pounds.

      Installation. Professional installation is definitely recommended for fitting this NP 231 Transfer Case Chain unless you have particular expertise in the technical and mechanical skill required. For an experienced mechanic, this will take approximately 6 hours to install.

      12-month, 12,000-mile Warranty. Manufacturer offer a warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles on all products for the original purchaser, because of their commitment to quality parts.

      Application. This NP 231 Transfer Case Chain is designed to fit 1987-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models only.
