Description
Sturdy Plastic Fuel Tank. Replace a damaged or worn fuel tank using this replacement part and breathe new life into the fuel system of your Wrangler. This Jeep Wrangler fuel tank offers the same capacity as the original part, and it’s made from cost-effective plastic. The tank works with Jeep Wrangler models between 1987-1990.
OEM Product Fit. This replacement tank offers an OEM fit and can utilize the stock fuel straps and fuel pump. This tank can be a single replacement if something happens to the original fuel tank.
Heavy Grade Plastic. This Wrangler fuel tank is made from high-grade plastic that’s impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The tank is durable and can be used for many years once it’s installed.
Medium Installation. This fuel tank is moderately difficult to install and takes a mechanic 2-4 hours to install properly. The old tank must be drained and removed. This is heavy work and difficult to do. Mechanics should be used for safety.
1-Year Warranty. This tank has a 1-year warranty from its purchase date. The coverage is against defects and material issues rather than accidents.
Application. This fuel tank is built to fit 1987-1990 Jeep Wrangler vehicles. Models with 2.5L or 4.2L engines can utilize this fuel tank.
