How to Install RT Off-Road Black Bug Screen (97-06 Wrangler TJ) on your Jeep Wrangler

1. Begin by either using zip ties or tape to align the Bug Screen to desired position.

2. Use a permanent marker to mark the location of where you want the 4 screws to be positioned on the jeep. 

3. Remove Bug Screen from Jeep and begin by drilling the 4 screw locations with the 1/8” drill bit

Note: Be aware of any objects behind the drilling locations as to prevent damage

4. Realign the Bug Screen in the desired position and apply thread locker to the screws. Begin installing the 4 provided screws into the holes drilled previously in step three.

5. Enjoy your newly installed Bug Screen and ensure all screws are tightened as to prevent them from falling out in the future.
