2001 TJ Wrangler

Beefy control arms. Allowed me to adjust the front and rear axles to their proper locations and differentials pinion angles after installing a 2.5" lift. Greaseable is nice.

Great upgrade for our lifted jeep

We have a 4 inch lift on our Jeep from the previous owners and they didn’t do all that I felt was needed for safety running 35 inch tires. This was a great kit for us and the way we will use the Jeep. I was able to install all the parts myself although I did have some rusty bolts to contend with. I had it professionally aligned after, and it’s driving fantastic now!

Great product and easy to install heavy duty compared to stock

Good and Bad

Started off bad. My package was missing a rod end. Called Extreme Terrain. they put me in touch with Turn 5. Although contacted quickly, Turn 5 did NOTHING. So I contacted Core4x4 myself and got the parts fairly quickly. Quality issues: The hole on the upper fronts is drilled too small and will not accept a 10mm bolt, and one bracket is welded way off center. The good: they fit well and are heavy duty. painted or powder-coated well. good bushings. Easily adjusted. Got my wheelbase back and axle alignment is now correct. I wish they would drill and tap for zerks on both sides of the rod ends. It would allow for finer adjustment. Supply plugs for the holes not used. Overall, I am pleased except for the initial missing parts.

Just the size difference from stock to these court camp control arms will just amaze you they are not hard to install. Can do it yourself in a gravel driveway. it is well worth every penny my Jeep handles day and night difference I can’t say it enough things about these core camp adjustable, control arms it took me right at three hours to install these and I did not use power tools.

Not pleased

Am pleased with y’all’s parts till the last order didn’t receive hardware for the core 4x4 control arms and didn’t receive my adjustable track bars and still waiting!!!

Back end was floating

Not any more! These control arms are great. The backend is no longer sliding out and these control arms made a huge different. Support was great from Core 4x4 as well.

Overall, solid, beefy control arms. QC fails prevents 5 stars. First, one of the lower arms had the zerk fitting hole on the wrong end. I will have to drop the arm to regrease next time because the zerk is facing towards the axle. 2nd issue, the other lower arm female threads were slightly warped due to the welding job. I had to have a machine shop chase the threads with a tap so the arm could recieve the adjustable end. My jeep’s a daily driver, so returning them wasn’t viable since the issues are minor but QC is a bit lacking IMHO. Otherwise, they ride great on road, are more than adequate for my needs and installed easy enough. I would buy again, but leave enough time for returns next time.
