Description

To make your braking system perform as required, replace your leaking factory line with this Centerforce Clutch Hydraulic Line Kit. This kit contains a 10-inch hose and nylon double band clamps to prevent air from entering your hydraulic system. With this kit installed, your truck is guaranteed to deliver consistent braking action.
High-Quality Construction. This clutch hydraulic line kit is designed to exceed your factory line. To help serve you for several years, Centerforce made it using high-quality materials. Even if the hose is exposed to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures, it won’t easily crack or deform as long as regular maintenance is given.
Simple Installation. For your installation convenience, this clutch hydraulic line kit comes with clamps that are designed to directly replace your factory plastic fit lines. Using basic hand tools, you can easily install this new line kit especially if you have some mechanical skills.

As expected
I’ve installed Center Force clutches before, so there were no real surprises with the clutch itself. Extreme terrain doesn’t mention ( or I missed it ) but this comes with the heavy flywheel. Stock is 31 lbs. this one is 48 lbs. it definitely smooths things out. I almost ordered a heavy flywheel from a separate company. Glad I didn’t. Next surprise was that the 6 speed toyota trans does not use a pilot bearing. The flywheel came with a new bearing in place but when I dropped the trans the stock flywheel didn’t have one and the trans input shaft had no “snout” for it to ride on. I pressed out the CF supplied bearing and the supplied alignment tool still worked well, as the taper on the end sets nicely against the end of the crank Install time was a bit long. I’m getting older and doing a clutch by myself on my back isn’t getting any easier. Oh and that Tacoma trans is huge

Clutch Release Bearing
Installation was straightforward, and once in place, the release action is incredibly smooth. The pedal feel is noticeably lighter, making daily driving more comfortable. Whether I’m shifting at low speeds or pushing it on the highway, the clutch disengages effortlessly every time.
