Description
Extra Off-Road Protection. Designed for use on 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma's equipped with a Barricade HD2 Front Bumper, this Skid Plate is a great way to add additional undercarriage protection to your Tacoma. This Skid Plate will help to guard your Tacoma's front axle, sump and engine from large rocks and hazards found along the trail.
Heavy-Duty Construction. Barricade manufactures its Skid Plates to precise specifications from heavy-duty steel plate for superior strength making it ideal for off-roading. This Barricade Skid Plate is completed in a durable two stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade textured black powder coating for long lasting corrosion resistance.
Simple, Bolt-on Installation. This Barricade Skid Plate was engineered to be a direct bolt-on upgrade using just basic hand tools. There is no cutting or drilling required for a clean straight forward installation that can be completed in about an hour.
Application. This Barricade Skid Plate is specifically designed to fit 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma models, equipped with a Barricade HD2 Front Bumper only. This skid plate will not work with other brands of bumpers.

Great looking brush guard
I bought the Barricade Modular Brush Guard for my 2018 Tacoma. Not being particularly handy, I had my local body shop install the brush guard. It looked great, but a warning to Tacoma owners with anti-collision and lane departure sensors. Since the front (grill) of the truck had to be removed, the installation created a malfunction with both sensors. I had to take the truck to the Toyota dealership to have the sensors recalibrated. Not a big issue but something for you to consider when installing the brush guard on a truck with these types of sensors.

Easy to install & looks great!
Took roughly 2 hrs installing by myself. Beginner install friendly! Lightweight which is great, doesn’t add too much weight to the truck. I’ve recommended these steps to lots of people. Provides easy step up to the top of my Tacoma.

Easy install. Looks great!
I have a 2023 Tacoma that’s a build in progress. These steps were the first addition to the truck. These were super easy to install, instructions are very straight forward. The only thing I needed help on was lifting up the step so I could screw it on. I’ve recommended these steps to anyone that asks about it!

The installation on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma was just as shown in the installation video. Look great and work extremely well. I highly recommend Barricade steps.

Looks and fits exactly as pictured
The instruction video was super helpful and easy to follow. The fitment is perfect, and it’s as sturdy as it looks. I usually take a while to install things because I’m not very experienced and I get frustrated easily, but not this time!

Still a high step
They look good and seem strong, But I wish they dropped down about 3 to 4 inches lower. Kinda defeats the purpose having them that high
