Easy install - clearing confusion

Seems to be some confusion so had to leave a review - easy install with Rubi rails on my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Willys no pinch weld install - spacers provided provide clearance from Rubicon rails the three body bolts had to be removed (I had a long breaker bar from Harbor Freight - highly recommend to remove these bolts) The bolts need downward pressure at the very end - just pushed down on washer with impact wrench (18mm socket). Note, the impact driver can only be used after multiple, I mean many revolutions with the breaker bar. Then the two spacers on each bolt give enough clearance from the Rubi Rails. I installed this by myself - and the box the sliders were shipped in helped me raise sliders to the right height - so I did one end first, and then the other end by pushing up by hand the rest - finally, the center bolt and then re-tightening all three again.

Easy install good look

It was very easy to install. Just one rivet in each side. Installation instructions for the rivet was unclear. I wish there was some rubber to protect the body paint from scratches.

Requires skills drilling and installing the rivets

I like the look, I wish the installation requires less drilling and rivet. The instructions to install the rivets was not very clear and required some testing/research. Finally it would be awesome to have some rubber to protect the body paint.

Could use some refinements but is great looking. The fog lights could use some help. Its hard to mount them in place

Nice Bumper

Installed this last weekend on the wifes jeep. Pretty easy job, hardest part is getting the fog lights put in. If you have small hands it will help. Two things, if its a JH you dont need the extension for the wiring, you have plenty. The other, if you live in a state that requires a front tag you need to get a front tag holder. Or drill holes in your new bumper.

Easy to install

Installation was intuitive and did not take long. The only negative is that one of the supplied 3" pod lights did not work. Took the other one and plugged it in and verified it was not in the harness. They don't say the brand of the light so I am having trouble finding one that will plug in to the harness (not sure if the light is bad or if the plug on the light side). Other than that, it was pretty simple.

Ask for updated model

Bumper looks good on and feels sturdy but install and parts a mess. Directions and part list different than bumper parts and design. Very small parts to secure in small spaces. If you have to replace a fog light with this design, good luck. Parts missing and holes to small for parts. Very disappointed. This design sucks to install compared to the install directions shown.

Barricade Bumper

I like this bumper a lot and I like that it comes with shackles (I used my own, though). It was fairly easy to put on in a couple hours at my apartment with simple tools. The only issue I had, was that the instructions and video were slightly unclear. My bumper was slightly different than what was shown by that the fog lights housing had a different part that I had to install myself. This part took most of the time as the screw had a hard time fitting in its hole and I couldn’t fit my fingers in underneath the piece to screw it in. I only put 2/4 of them in each side and I’m not having any issue with the fog lights rattling or moving around, so it’s still sturdy with only half the screws in the housing. Overall, I highly recommend this bumper for the price and the look! (For the people that live in a state with a front License plate requirement, there is a piece you can install with your winch plate if you get a winch. In my pictures I just installed my license plate with some zip ties as I don’t have my winch yet.)
