How To Install a Barricade Trail Force HD Front Bumper w/ LED Lights on your 87-06 Wrangler YJ & TJ

(1) Bumper 

6 1⁄2”-13 Bolts (Not Provided)
6 Flatwashers (Not Provided) 

Along the top of the OE bumper, there will be 4 T55 Torx Screws, remove these 4 Screws with a T55 Bit shown in Fig 1. 

From underneath the OE Bumper, there will be 1 T55 Torx Screw on each side, remove these 2 T55 Screws with a T55 Bit shown in Fig 2. 

you can remove the Jeep Plastic Cover by removing 2 10mm Bolts on each side shown in Fig 3. 

Remove the OE Bumper and place the New Bumper on the Jeep Chassis shown in Fig 4 NOTE if the bumper doesn’t seem to go through the OE Chassis, by using a rubber mallet, spread apart the lower bracket along the bottom of the bumper to widen the area for the bumper to go through. 

With the OE T55 Torx Screws, Thread back in place on the new Bumper OR using the 1⁄2” Bolts (not provided) shown in Fig 5. 

Wiring your LED fog lights. Turn on the factory fog lights and locate the fog light plug. Use a test light or multimeter to test for the positive 12v wire for each fog light. Make note which wire is the positive wire on each fog.
Turn off the fog lights and disconnect the battery. Splice the red wire from the LED wiring harness into the factory positive wire. Connect the black wire from the LED harness to the negative wire on the factory fog light harness.
