How to install a Barricade Trail Force HD Front Bumper w/ LED Lights on your 1987-2006 Jeep Wrangler

Installation Instructions:

1. To Remove the front bumper, start by removing the (2) T-55 Torx bolts located on the bottom of the bumper

2. Remove the (4) remaining T-55 Torx bolts and pull/remove the Bumper. A buddy would be helpful.

3. On both sides of the sway bar cover, remove the 10mm bolts and pull the cover away form the vehicle. This will give you extra room to work

4. Slide your new bumper into place. Using the 19mm bolts provide, screw them into place, leaving them loose for adjustment.

5. Install the (6) 19mm hex bolts into place, Again leaving them loose for adjustment Make sure the bumper is centered and then tighten all of the bolts.

6. Now connect the led wiring harness together 

7. Cut the original fog lights wires and then connect the led red and black wire to the original blue and black fog lights wires then secure them with electrical tape.(Black-Black/Red-Blue)

8. To turn on led lights switch on the original fog light switch. Make sure all bolts and nuts and all secure for your safety.
