How to Install a Barricade Tubular Front Bumper on your 1987-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ or TJ

It is recommended that you have an additional person available to help during this installation, parts can be awkward to hold and support by yourself. Block wheels and set parking brake before beginning work.
Remove the upper (2) T-55 torx bolts from the top of the factory bumper. Repeat on the opposite side. Save the (4) bolts for reinstallation. If equipped with tow hooks, remove them, they will not be reused.
Remove the (1) lower T-55 torx bolt from the bottom of the front bumper. Repeat on the opposite side. Save the bolts for reinstallation.
Place the front bumper over the front of the Jeep frame, with light mounts on the top. Reinstall the (1) front upper bolt through the front bumper. Repeat on the opposite side.
Reinstall the (1) lower T-55 torx bolt into the bottom of the front bumper. Repeat on the opposite side.
If brackets were included, they will not be needed for this front bumper install.
