How to Install Barricade 3 in. Bull Bar w/ Skid Plate - Gloss Black (10-18 Wrangler JK) on your Jeep Wrangler

It is recommended that you have an additional person available to help during this installation, parts can be awkward to hold and support by yourself. Block wheels and set parking brake before beginning work. Lock washers and washers should be used with each bolt.

Remove the 4 front and 2 rear, plastic push pin, splash shield retainers. 

Insert a double nut plate into the opening on the bottom of the crash bar with the at side facing the outside of the vehicle.

Insert a long 18mm bolt through the small bracket then into the top hole of the large bracket. Insert a short 18mm bolt into the bottom hole of the large bracket. Hand tighten bolts.

Move the bull bar into position and insert the two 19mm rear bolts

Insert the smallest bolt through the small bracket and bull bar top mount, then attach it with the supplied lock nut. Hold the bull bar in position and tighten down all hardware. The splash shield can be trimmed around the bull bar and reinstalled on the vehicle.
