Description
Strong Construction. The Artec Industries NightHawk Rear Bumper in Bare Steel is as tough as it looks and provides the ultimate protection for the serious off-roader. This bumper is internally gusseted and manufactured from 1/8-inch CNC laser cut steel for maximum strength and durability. It also features 3/4-inch thick high-strength alloy steel frame brackets, which double as shackle mounts.
Rugged Appearance. Right from the box, this bumper arrives unpainted in its natural bare metal finish. Owners can choose to have it painted to their liking for added customization. It is contoured to perfectly fit the subtle curves of your Jeep and look like a second skin. It is compatible with the OEM hitch and allows usage of the OEM backup sensors as well. The unfinished welds are purposely left in place to add to the rugged look of the bumper, while the angular geometry makes the Nighthawk look extremely aggressive.
Functionality. The Nighthawk bumper has a lowered center portion to accommodate a spare tire with 2 fully-welded D-ring mounts located on each side. The high clearance design of the bumper hugs the Jeep Wrangler's factory frame for little loss of clearance or departure angle. The clearance height also ensures that your Wrangler's doesn't get hung up on rocks and get damaged. This way, you can go off-roading with peace of mind and protection at the rear.
Straightforward Install. Installing the Nighthawk rear bumper in place of the factory plastic bumper is a direct replacement job. Once the OEM bumper is removed, the Nighthawk reuses all the same mounting points to seamlessly slide right on. With the addition of some basic hand tools, you can complete this install in about an hour.
Application. The Artec Industries NightHawk Rear Bumper - Bare Steel will fit on all 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler JL models.
Note. Item will arrive in bare steel and may have minor imperfections, which are typically covered with a textured coating. For smooth finishes, extra preparation should be considered to achieve the desired look.
