Note: In order to do perform a permanent install or to connect the ARB Fridge Freezer to an auxiliary source of power, an ARB Wiring Kit (sold separately) is required.

1. Carefully open the package using a box cutter or knife (Figure A) and ensure the hardware is included and undamaged.

2. Disconnect the battery using a 10mm socket wrench.

3. Run the 12v cable from under the hood into the cab of the vehicle (Figure B).

4. Trim the wiring to the shortest necessary length for best performance (Figure C).

5. Connect the positive (red) and negative (black) wires for use by crimping the supplied connectors (Figure D).

6. Connect the positive (red) (shown) and negative (black) wiring to the battery (Figure E)

7. Connect the power-end of the ARB cord into the ARB fridge (Figure F).

8. Connect the other end into the ARB wiring harness by unscrewing the top piece and then screwing the connection into the ARB Wiring Kit-supplied connection hub (Figure G).

9. Check connections before reconnecting the battery. Upon reconnecting the battery, hold down the power button to confirm power is being supplied to the ARB Fridge Freezer.
