This digital multimedia receiver will provide your Wrangler JL with total entertainment and information capabilities. This multimedia receiver includes an AM/FM radio and can play music and video in several types of file formats via USB. This allows you to grab any music or video you have in your computer’s library and play them on this device. More significantly, this receiver is Sirius XM-ready and includes the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto apps, allowing you to use any appropriate app on your smartphone. This factor further opens this device’s capabilities not just for entertainment but for navigation as well.
High-Level Sound Quality. This digital multimedia receiver also comes with an integrated amplifier, delivering 16 watts of RMS and 50 watts of peak power output through 4 channels. This translates to high-level sound quality for the best music experience. Additionally, this device also includes a 5-band graphic equalizer so you can further enhance your music.
Double DIN Shallow Chassis Style. This digital multimedia receiver features a full-color 7-inch display capacitive touch screen to give you the best user experience when accessing its various functions. Furthermore, its user interface is fully customizable using several preloaded themes. This device itself utilizes a double-DIN design with a novel shallow chassis for easy mounting into your factory radio’s location.
Link Up with Your Ride. Not only does this digital multimedia receiver open up your driving entertainment horizons, but it also allows you to make and receive calls hands-free courtesy of the included Bluetooth mic. This way you don’t have to let important calls go to your voicemail. More significantly, this device includes the iDatalink Maestro, enabling you to access your steering wheel controls. Not only that, but the iDatalink Maestro also allows you to display engine performance data on the touchscreen. Please note that using the iDatalink Maestro module will require programming on your computer.
Straightforward Install Procedure. This multimedia receiver uses your factory radio location as its mounting area. Also, the installation will require disassembly of your dash as well as some routing of harnesses. Apart from these steps, installation is a straightforward procedure that requires just standard hand tools.
