Durable Construction. Chromium and Molybdenum are combined in this high tensile durable alloy steel. The inner axle shaft is manufactured from 4340 Chromoly. This alloy has been induction hardened, tempered, and heat-treated. With this axle, you get a product that is more than 40% stronger than the stock 1040 axles. The weight of the axle is 14.2 lbs. Due to its chromoly composition, it is lighter, stronger, and more durable.
Application. The Alloy USA Inner Axle Shaft, Right Inner – use w/ Dana 44 Axles is available for all 2008-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon.

Awesome!
These axle seals look amazing. I work at a shop and everyone was impressed by them. I've had multiple people ask where I got them and love them. The grease fitting makes it so much better than others. They fit perfectly in with very little force.

Easy Install and looks good!
Nice thick aluminum. Looks good and time will tell on the powder coat. Easy install and with a Lube Locker gasket no more RTV mess. As others have said the magnet is ridiculously weak but you have the one in stock plug in the pumpkin to use. I like it!!

works great & looks good!
I'm not sure why ET says it won't fit JK because it does. Same cover as the Rugged Ridge though 2018 with a different color/logo. Put on Rear Diff of my 2014 JK Sport with a Lube Locker gasket and no more RTV mess. Nice thick aluminum. Time will tell on the powder coat but it looks great now. The magnet on the drain plug is ridiculously weak but you have the plug in the pumpkin to use.

Very dirty
Stock axle seals are junk. All kinds of gunk and grime in the axles while changing seals. Replaced with alloy USA tube seals and fit perfectly. Sealed nice and tight

Outer axle seal
The factory outer axle seal is basically a plastic dust cover. When I pulled my axle shafts for these there was quite a bit of dust/dirt inside.
