This pair of rubber inner seals fits inside the aluminum housing, creating a snug closure that keeps oil inside the axle tubes while excluding the mud, water, debris, and other external material that could possibly gum up the works. They are made out of high quality rubber that remains flexible for years, resisting shrinkage and cracking.
