How to Install Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer (91-06 4.0L Jeep Wrangler YJ & TJ) on your Jeep Wrangler

- 1⁄4” Extension
- 10mm 1⁄4” Socket

Installation Instructions:
1. Begin by taking off the air intake hose. There will be a zip tie functioning mechanism on both ends of the hose. Pry them up with a screwdriver and release the clamp (marked by the red arrows).
2. Next remove the four 10mm bolts from the throttle body. Lift up on the throttle body and place the new (gasket) underneath. The new throttle body kit should come with two new gaskets.
3. Next place the new throttle body spacer on top of new gasket, making sure its facing the right direction. It should say “top 4.0.”
4. Install four new bolts with a 1⁄4” ratchet and a 10mm 1⁄4” socket. Tighten until snug, then 1⁄4 turn.
5. Make sure you operate the throttle cable, to ensure that the throttle plate isn’t binding and there are no pieces of the gasket sticking out, restricting airflow.
6. Enjoy your new upgrade!
