Description
Intake. When you pick up the Airaid Intake System with SynthaMax Filter, you're getting a system that uses no oil, and utilizes a cool air dam. The intake tube is included, and installation takes just 30 minutes. Only the best materials and production methods are used, like mandrel-formed, bigger diameter tubing. It's then powder coated inside and outside, to increase air flow, and protect it from harsh elements. Plus, it gives it a great look, too!
Superior Filtration. Each Cold Air Dam Intake provides superior air filtration, since it includes an Airaid Premium Filter with SynthaMax® technology. SynthaMax® is a synthetic nano-fiber material that traps the smallest dirt particles that ordinary cotton-gauze "performance" filters just can't capture. Airaid Premium Filters, with SynthaMax® can capture particulates down to 2 microns in size. Best of all, the Premium Filter is washable and re-usable saving you money.
Additional Features. This filter looks so similar to the SynthaFlow product that the makers stamped it with a SynthaMax, Do Not Oil mark for easy identification. Changing the filter is as simple as washing it, letting it dry, and putting it back in.
