More Power for Your Engine. The Airaid Classic Performance Cold Air Intake replaces the air filter with a high airflow induction system that improves the rate of speed, horsepower, and torque. Meanwhile, the addition of a premium intake tube boosts the torque at the drop of the throttle. Combined, these factors make for a great way to easily boost your Jeep's overall performance.
No Computer Tune Required. The Airaid Cold Air Intake isn’t like most cold air systems out in the market that require computer reprogramming of the vehicle to operate. You can easily install the filter and re-install every 30,000 to 50,000 miles. Just remember to wash the filter and let it dry before re-installing.
Superior Filtration. The SynthaMax Dry Filter offers two stages of filtration. The first layer filters out the large particles of dirt and moisture while the multiple layers beneath it avoid smaller particles from getting into the system. It has the same performance as that of a traditional cotton-gauze filter minus the worry of wearing out because you don’t have to oil it.
Made From 100% Synthetic Fiber. The AirAid cold air intake features a black SynthaMax dry filter that is made from non-oiled synthetic fiber. The kit also comes with a filter shield to protect it from dirt, heat, and water. Its intake tube connector is made from polyethylene to provide higher air volume.
Easy Installation. The AirAid intake is one of the easiest ways to give more power to your Wrangler Jeep. With the help of common hand tools such as a wrench, screwdriver, and pliers, you can easily install the tube. All you need to do is to remove the stock air box then attach to the Cross-Link adapter tube.
No-Hassle Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your Airaid Classic Performance Cold Air Intake. However, this warranty does not cover damage resulted from improper use, transportation, storage, failure to follow Product instruction, modifications, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repair, racing competition, off-road use, and external causes.
CARB Certified. Unlike other AirAid air intakes, the AirAid Classic Performance Cold Air Intake is legal for sale or use in California. With a CARB EO number of D-609-18, this type of intake is one of the few that is 50-state smog legal.
