Construction. This AFE Vulcan Series Exhaust System is engineered from 3-inch, mandrel-bent, stainless steel tubing. It is MIG-welded for incredible power and durability.
Tip. There is a 4-inch, hi-tuck tip to give you more clearance on climbs. It features an intercooled design to cut down on exhaust gas temperatures and has a black, powder-coated finish.
Installation. This AFE Vulcan Series Exhaust System utilizes factory-style flange and hangers. All necessary hardware is included and this whole installation is a bolt-on process.
Warranty. There is a 2-year warranty on this product.

Nice Exhaust
This is a nice addition to help with performance. Everything bolted up nicely. I completed the project on my driveway. You will need to remove the spare tire and metal tire heat guard before you can remove the factory exhaust. I chose to keep the factory exhaust in one piece instead of cutting it out.

Nice exhaust system
Good quality piping - hardware - tip. I took the extra time to remove the factory pipe in one piece and this automaticly opened up the entire area for the new install. For the recent re-torque, nothing had loosened. No noticable sound increases at idle. AFE website did not indicte a specific HP or torque gains - but clean unrestricted air flow should have a positive effect somehow. Fininshed install and new 4" black tip looks great.

Exactly what I expected
Good quality and easy install. Better quality nuts for the flange would be preferred however you can use the OE nuts. And it came with stickers!

Works great. I was able to install in less than 20 minutes. Foe some reason my exaust was rubbing the frame and hard to get lined up at the y pipe. It solved my issues and sounds great too

Axle Back Exhaust
I am over all pleased with this exhaust. The install was easy and quick (20-25 min... getting the old exhaust off took most the time)with the right tools. The sound is great and not to loud. When you fire up the Jeep it will make you smile. The sound while on the gas is noticeable but not crazy. I added the AFE throttle body spacer and cold air intake. I'm not sure if i can tell a performance gain because of this... but it sounds great and looks good.

Unleash the beast…
Install was super easy minus rusty bolts on the OEM pipe. Lost a lil MPG due to my heavy foot but this thing is a lil improve ment that you can feel especially with a cold air intake. Manufacture quality it top notch.

Great Jeep Muffler
I really like the way it sounds...it just right...not too loud or not enough sound. Plus like the fact that it sits up high and is hardly visible from looking at the back of the jeep.

Pros Super easy to put on and lightweight high tuck. Great sound with no roof/windows open Cons With windows shut and a hardtop the cabin noise is VERY annoying around 2000-2500 rpms.

Great fit and sound for my 2016 Willys
Easy install and great sound! The product description says it’s moderately loud but I find it on the low side of moderate… which is perfect and not obnoxious.. Also 1/2 the size of OEM exhaust and tucks up nicely.
