The larger volume of oxygen-rich air will reveal your engine’s true potential and provide you with improved fuel economy, acceleration, torque, and horsepower.
Computer Re-Tuning Not Required. Using this Momentum HD Cold Air Intake does not require re-tuning of your vehicle’s ECU. The factory tune will do the job and let this intake upgrade operate for your engine’s optimum performance.
Efficient Pro-GUARD 7 Oiled Filter. The Pro-GUARD 7 Oiled Filter features a hybrid of oil-free, 5-layer cotton media and 2 layers of progressive synthetic media providing 99.7% cumulative efficiency for maximum filtration. The 8-inch tall conical and substantial 360-degree configuration allows larger air volume and faster velocity to intensify the cooler air charge. Moreover, this results in significant improvements in raw power and mileage performance.
High-Strength Construction. AFE constructed this Momentum HD Cold Air Intake for high performance and improved longevity. It features a 1-piece, sealed cross-linked polyethylene housing that minimizes the surrounding hotter engine air for maximum performance. Its built-in, clear sight window allows for easy viewing of the air filter while creating a heat-blocking seal when the vehicle's hood is closed. Additionally, the smooth bends of the XLPE intake tube are designed to facilitate continuous airflow and withstand high heat stresses.
