Description
Bring it to the Track. Unfortunately, your stock airbox can vastly limit the performance of your Ford Mustang, especially if you like to take it on the track. AEM designed the Mustang DryFlow Air Filter as a performance-based upgrade capable of handling dusty circuit conditions and providing long-term use. Use this air filter to achieve sizeable horsepower gains and filter out any heavy or dirty particulates from clogging up your intake.
Durable Design. AEM manufactured this air filter with a tapered conical design that produces a deeply satisfying sound as your rev the engine. In addition, this tapered conical filter sucks in more air through a 2.5-inch flanged inlet to grant your Mustang greater acceleration on the track. Finally, this air filter replaces a standard cotton filter with a non-woven synthetic media that doesn’t deteriorate nearly as fast over time.
Advanced Filtration. This oil-free synthetic media traps as many particles as your standard cotton filter for an impressive 99% filtration rate. Keep your air clean to enjoy better combustion cycles and cleaner emissions.
Easy Maintenance. AEM designed this air filter to be fully serviceable to save money on replacements. Wash this filter at home and save yourself an extra step from having to oil this filter.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. AEM backs this product with a limited lifetime warranty for any manufacturer defects.
Application. The Mustang DryFlow Air Filter; is compatible with all Ford Mustang models, though some adaptation may be required.

Clean as a whistle!
Cleaned my dirty AEM air filter like new. Just follow directions and if needed, use and old toothbrush to clean any leftover debris deep down between the folds. This stuff works beautifully. Like having a brand-new air filter for my Jeep.

Sharp looking upgrade
Looks good. 2 of the bottom bolts were a pain to install. Box was missing the hose clamps, but I had a few extras in the garage. The temp sensor was tricky to remove and install (be patient). Install took a couple hours. Not sure of any performance or mpg gains at this time.
